Based on the 1967 Pulitzer Prize winning New York Times article by J. Anthony Lukas, “The Two Worlds of Linda Fitzpatrick,” and his Esquire Magazine feature “The Life and Death of a Hippie,” The Groovy Murders is an audio docudrama series about free-loving lives that ended in grisly murder.

It's Twin Peaks in sixties-era, acid-fueled, murder-ridden East Village New York City about a strung-out hippie that dies next to a Connecticut heiress and what the stories told following their deaths says about us as a nation.
